CPT Drives and Power Public Company Limited (CPT) was invited to join a seminar for major customers in Rayong province, organised by the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) — the state enterprise responsible for electricity distribution across Thailand’s provincial areas — under the theme “PEA Driving Thai Business Toward a Smart Energy Future in an Era of Energy Volatility,” taking part as an expert in fully integrated electrical and control system solutions and a longstanding business partner of PEA, together with the nation’s leading energy and electrical operators.

Amid volatile energy prices and increasingly complex electricity demand, together with the Thai energy sector’s transition toward a smart energy era, high-quality electrical and control systems that meet rigorous standards have become an essential foundation enabling government agencies and commercial operations to support stable growth over the long term.

At the event, CPT presented its capabilities and readiness to support the country’s move toward a Smart Grid, through core areas of expertise including electrical system control and monitoring through SCADA System, power quality solutions that support renewable energy integration, and the connection of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to the grid. The Company also engaged and exchanged insights closely with representatives from PEA and its key customers in the Eastern region — one of the country’s predominant industrial bases.
